My name is Colleen
Carr, I am a licensed Realtor with Coldwell
Banker Heritage Realtors, representing the number
one real estate company in Dayton, Ohio. Although not a
native of Dayton, I have been a resident for numerous
years. My husband and I are raising three boys and are
deeply rooted within the community. When not working, I
love to golf, watch my kids' sports, take photos and
scrapbook.

I earned a B.S. degree
in Accounting from Canisius College located in Buffalo,
New York. My focus is in the financial sector of
banking. My experience encompasses everything from
financial statements, public offerings, commercial
lending to mergers and acquisitions of financial
institutions.
